Our client is a leading commercial facility maintenance company serving clients across retail, medical, hospitality, and industrial sectors in multiple states. Our hybrid workforce combines in-house technicians and subcontractors, delivering prompt on-demand repair and maintenance solutions.
Position Summary
We are seeking driven, resilient Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our remote team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle: sourcing, qualifying, and developing new client opportunities across multiple industries and geographies, with a focus on commercial facilities. You’ll leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo while building your own prospect lists and pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and prospect new clients in targeted verticals (retail, healthcare, hospitality, etc.) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead generation tools.
Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities; conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to set meetings.
Book initial discovery meetings with the company founder and other key stakeholders.
Closely follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and seek ways to expand account scope (additional trades, locations, or services).
Maintain detailed daily activity reports and updates on pipeline progress.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and the RingCentral phone system for day-to-day work.
Attend U.S.-based trade shows for in-person networking (occasional travel required).
Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on all prospect and client communications.
Required Qualifications
4+ years in outbound B2B sales, business development, or similar roles (facility maintenance, commercial services, or related industries is a plus, but not required).
Self-driven, persistent, and highly motivated by results and commissions.
Excellent written and spoken English; able to represent the company to U.S.-based clients with professionalism.
Strong research and prospecting skills; ability to independently build and manage a leads pipeline.
Comfortable with remote work and disciplined with time management.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, online CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to or working with facility/maintenance, construction, or real estate clients.
