Job Title: Sales and Appointment Setter
Location: Remote
Hours: Full time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST
Compensation: $1,300 - $2,000/ monthly (salary based on assessment)

This role provides administrative and project support to senior leadership, ensuring business development initiatives are executed efficiently and priorities are organized effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate calendars and prepare meetings for leadership

  • Track tasks, deadlines, and initiative progress

  • Support business development projects and research opportunities

  • Maintain trackers, notes, and documentation

  • Execute follow-ups and support team communications

  • Organize priorities and ensure leadership requests are completed

Requirements

  • Has 2+ years of solid experience in business development executive support and project coordination
