You will be responsible for online marketing and growth, fostering relationships with professional clients, and implementing effective strategies to achieve organisational goals. About the Role This is a flexible, remote role suited to individuals who value independence and purpose. You will work collaboratively while developing your own leadership and business skills through structured training and mentorship. It is also specifically tailored to individuals who wish to work in an independent capacity. Key Responsibillities Engage with proffessionals exploring personal development options. Introduce participants to our leadership programs and digital learning tools. Provide guidance and mentorship during onboarding and early training stages. Use digital platforms (Zoom, CRM, Social Channels)to communicate and manage leads. Participate in weekly development sessions and ongoing skills training.
