About the role

We’re looking for a commercially aware and curious Business Analyst to join our Change team and help shape the way we work as we continue to grow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into practical solutions, working with a wide range of stakeholders, and making a visible impact across the business.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project & Operations Manager, subject matter experts, and internal teams to understand business needs, capture requirements, and translate them into clear user stories, process maps, and deliverables. Along the way, you’ll contribute to testing, training, change activities, and benefits tracking—helping colleagues adopt new processes and systems with confidence.

If you enjoy building strong relationships, asking great questions, solving problems, and bringing structure to change, this role offers the chance to do all of that in a supportive and fast-moving environment. Experience with systems such as HubSpot, Business Central, or similar platforms would be an advantage, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and excited by continuous improvement.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across different teams and levels.

  • The ability to identify risks, impacts, and dependencies and turn insight into practical recommendations.

  • A proactive, solution-focused approach and a genuine interest in improving processes and systems.

Desirable experience:

  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar business systems such as HubSpot or Business Central.

  • Experience working with external vendors, suppliers, or implementation partners.

  • Exposure to change management, testing, training, or implementation activity.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, evolving business where adaptability and collaboration are key.
