Behavior Technician -Starting at $24/hr

Consistent Clinic Schedule: Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No weekend or evening work required.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized therapy plans under expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Use Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) to provide evidence-based therapy that’s play-based and child-centered.
Collect data on client progress and maintain open communication with clinical supervisors.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the center to ensure client safety.
Provide a fun, supportive, engaging environment for young children on the autism spectrum.
Communicate with caregivers about the client's day and create a welcoming environment for families.
Qualifications:
Availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (hours scheduled based on clinical needs).
Desire to learn, grow, and advance in the field of autism therapy.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Preferred: Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (not required).
Experience working with children preferred
Ability to perform physically active tasks, including sitting on the floor, crawling, running, lifting up to 50 pounds, and actively playing with children during sessions. Ability to maintain close proximity to the child (within arm’s reach) and respond to the child within 6 seconds.
