As an RBT, you’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver meaningful, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their homes and schools.

🧩 What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent
Passion for working with children with special needs
Reliable transportation and active CPR certification
Ability to earn your RBT certification within 90 days of hire
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active play
