Job description
Finni is urgently seeking ABA Therapists who are interested in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work in Oak Lawn, IL, and the surrounding area!
BCBA or BCaBA practicum students are highly encouraged to apply!!
As an ABA Therapist/ Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.
Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting and in the community, such as a daycare setting
Collect and record data on therapy goals
Receive weekly supervision from a doctorate-level Behavior Analyst
Attend team meetings and trainings as scheduled by your supervisor

What You'll Need
Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
Experience working with children (early intervention), and a passion for working with children with special needs
Reliable Transportation
A think outside of the box personality to make therapy fun for your clients
Professional social skills to interact with and support caregivers
Active RBT Certification (Preferred, but will train if needed)
Active CPR Certification (Required, but will train if needed)
Must pass background check (this is a requirement from the funding source)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time

CPR Certification (Preferred)
RBT Certification (Preferred) but not required. Must complete 40 hr training prior to first day of work. We will help you!
