Role Overview
This is a junior-level role as an ABA Behavior Technician, working one-on-one with children in their homes to implement behavior intervention services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting data on child behaviors, attending team meetings, and helping children learn new skills to reach milestones. Job Type: Full-time (30+ hours per week)
Pay: $21 - $26 per hour depending on experience/credentials

As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.
Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting
Collect and record data on child behaviors
Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst
Attend team meetings

What You'll Need
Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
Reliable Transportation
Active CPR Certification preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
License/Certification:
CPR Certification (Preferred)
