Automations Specialist
Location: Remote from Anywhere in LATAM
Hours: 10 am – 7 pm EST (But requires some flexibility)
Compensation: $2000 – $2500/month

They’re currently seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist who can take complete ownership of their operational automations—freeing leadership from manual execution so they can scale the business.
About the Role
The Automation Specialist will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving all automated processes across the company. This includes connecting systems, building workflows, ensuring accurate data flow, updating event automations, and replacing existing manual tasks with efficient, reliable automated solutions.
This role requires someone who is hands-on, deeply technical with automation platforms, and capable of working with minimal supervision. If you love building systems, solving operational bottlenecks, and making businesses run more efficiently, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Systems
Build and manage automations using tools like Make.com (preferred), Zapier, or n8n.
Create workflows that connect CRM, email platforms, tracking systems, spreadsheets, Zoom, calendars, and internal tools.
Automate tasks such as:
Adding customers to Zoom events automatically.
Triggering email reminders and tagging sequences.
Updating CRM and tracking systems when specific conditions/events occur.
Auto-adding users to Google Calendar events based on tags.
Managing workflow routing based on customer status, event type, and tags.
Workflow Ownership
Fully own the design, testing, documentation, and deployment of workflows.
Present automation drafts and iterate quickly based on feedback.
Maintain existing workflows and update links, triggers, or event logic as events change.
Efficiency & Innovation
Analyze manual processes and convert them into automated solutions.
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline operations.
Help build new internal systems and SOPs as the company grows.
Collaboration
Attend short daily check-in meetings.
Work directly with the Operations Lead for prioritization and approvals.
Communicate clearly about progress, blockers, and updates.
Required Technical Qualifications
Automation/Integration Platform Expertise: Make.com (preferred), Zapier, or n8n (You must be able to build—not just manage—complex multi-step automations)
Strong experience designing workflows that move data between multiple systems.
Ability to build logic-based flows (branching, conditional routing, tagging logic, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows
Experience connecting:
CRMs (e.g., Go High Level or similar)
Email/SMS platforms
Zoom automation
Google Calendar API or integrations
Tracking spreadsheets & databases
