Agency Support Specialist

We are looking for someone friendly, organized, and dependable to join our team as an Agency Support Specialist. This role is often the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, so you will play an important part in creating a positive experience while also helping keep the office running smoothly day to day.

What You’ll Do
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors and make them feel welcome
Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate shipments
Work with delivery services and vendors as needed
Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff
Assist with special projects and day-to-day office needs
Manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
