About the role
LiveFlow is building Flow — an AI-native ERP that replaces legacy solutions. We're looking for an Accounting Architect who has lived the pain of month-end close, multi-entity consolidation, and audit prep firsthand, and wants to help companies leave that world behind.

As an Accounting Architect, you'll sit at the intersection of implementation, product, and engineering. Equipped with world-class technical resources, you'll transform how our design partners think about accounting in the 21st century, diagnose their accounting workflows, and own their implementations end-to-end. Your work directly influences product development — you'll meet with engineers and product managers daily.

This role is designed for someone who has done the hard work in accounting — Big Four audit, high-growth finance teams, or ERP implementations — and wants to enter the world of a fast-moving fintech startup.
What You'll Do

  • Spearhead each design partner's Flow implementation — managing their migration pathway, configurations (prompt engineering, etc.), and timeline to get them live quickly and confidently. You are the puzzle master.

  • Be the external face of LiveFlow to our design partners and their loudest advocate internally, delivering a white-glove experience that sets them up for long-term success.

  • Travel the US, spending significant time on-site with design partners, providing hands-on training, guidance, and support as they transition from legacy systems.

  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate design partner feedback into product improvements.

  • Build and refine our playbooks, AI agents, and other elements of our tech stack that scale this function. If you do your job right, it won't look like this job description for long.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Financial Operations (Big 4, top-25 firm or high-growth startup)

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge: you understand US GAAP, accounting, multi-entity close and audit deeply

  • Demonstrated excellence in your field, ideally looking to make the leap from accounting, finance, or legacy ERPs into the AI era.

  • Energized by design partners — their problems light you up, their wins feel like yours.

  • Strong project management instincts and a sharp intuition for what design partners need.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams to get things done.

  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity — we're building something new, and you'll help define how implementations work as we grow.

The location for this role can either be

  • New York, NY

  • Dallas, TX

  • Austin, TX

  • Remote, USA
