ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have an opportunity for a Psychiatrist with an active Illinois license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is part time (8 hours/week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from an Outpatient Clinic. Patient population is ages 5+.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide a full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, and treatment
Analyze and evaluate patient data and test findings to diagnose nature and extent of behavioral health disorder
Direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments as well as prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders
Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress
Examine or order laboratory tests to provide information on general physical condition and mental disorders
Participate in treatment team activities to include the development and periodic review of treatment plans and to take the necessary steps when an individual refuses treatment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Clinicians must have active state license
1-3 years of experience since obtaining license
Intermediate to advanced experience with technology
Strong communication skills
Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred

You will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The pay range for this role is $137 - $151 an hour. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
