How this role contributes to bunch's vision

As Workplace Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our Berlin HQ and the satellite of our other offices, the person who makes people feel genuinely taken care of. • Workplace Experience. Make our office a place people want to be, a place that reflects our company culture. Own the look, feel, and functionality of communal spaces, meeting rooms, and the kitchen.

  • Events & Rituals. Plan and execute team moments that build culture, international lunches, offsites, celebrations, and onboarding experiences.

  • People Team Ops. Partner closely with the People team on coordination, onboarding logistics, and day-to-day admin.

  • Travel & Accommodation. Organise travel and stays for Founders, new joiners, and visiting team members coming to Berlin.

What you bring with you

  • Experience in office management, workplace, or a hospitality-adjacent role, you've handled both the strategy and the hands-on work.

  • A proactive, hospitable mindset: you think about how things feel to people.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace, you make smart decisions without waiting for perfect information.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus (B1 or above).

Why you should join bunch

  • Take part in a network of people passionate about investment and work closely with the most interesting players in the private market.

  • Benefit from working with a diverse mix of talents, unrivalled energy, and team spirit within a culture of drive and ownership

  • Flexible hours and a hybrid office setup (3 days/week in office)

  • 4 remote calendar weeks/year

  • 28 days of vacation, 2 company days, plus local public holidays

  • A competitive compensation package

  • A great tech and work setup with everything you need
