Join us as a Work Student working on Global Procurement Projects and help to provide the clean energy of the future!

What You’ll Do

  • Create and maintain supplier master data in the ERP system, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely updates

  • Support the administration of the procurement ticketing system, including monitoring incoming requests, responding to stakeholders, and ensuring timely follow-up

  • Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with internal procurement processes and approval workflows

  • Review procurement-related requests for completeness and escalate missing or unclear information where needed

  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather required purchasing information and support smooth order processing

  • Help maintain organized procurement contracts and documentation

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, data quality, and response times

 

Who You Are

  • You are currently enrolled as a student (e.g., finance, procurement, supply chain, or similar) and available to work part‑time during the semester from our Darmstadt or Berlin office. We are also happy to consider remote students in Germany.

  • A structured and reliable working style, with the ability to manage multiple open topics and follow through

  • Strong communication skills and confidence coordinating across different teams and stakeholders in English

  • Solid practical skills with Excel or Google Sheets and openness to AI toolchains

  • Ability to create clear documentation, trackers, and short process descriptions

  • Comfort learning and working with internal systems and procurement workflows

  • High attention to detail and reliability (POs, delivery dates, documentation matter)

  • Proactive communication and follow‑up

  • Strong organizational skills and good prioritization in a fast‑moving environment

  • A collaborative mindset and ease working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
