YOU WILL BE TAKING CARE OF:
Maintaining and improving the structure of our Confluence spaces within the USIS pillars.
Creating, updating, and organizing documentation and knowledge articles.
Supporting the education team with learning materials and internal stakeholder communication.
Providing operational support to the Support team (approx. 30%).
Ensuring knowledge is easy to find, up to date, and clearly presented.
YOU CHECK THESE BOXES:
Strong organizational and documentation skills with great attention to detail.
Able to summarize complex content from different sources and make it easy to understand.
Confident in communicating across different teams and stakeholders.
Fluent in English (C1+) with a structured, proactive, and collaborative working style.
Experienced with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) or comparable systems (Notion, SharePoint, wikis), and comfortable using MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
IT IS AWESOME IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
Experience in project management or process documentation.
Background or interest in SaaS, IT, or digital product environments.
Knowledge of knowledge management best practices.
Additional languages, German or any other, are a plus.
