Job description:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Operations Associate to assist in on-site management at several of our customers. You will receive comprehensive training and the tools necessary to perform your tasks effectively while adhering to company policies.
Responsibilities may include:

  • Being present to take employees though Monday orientations.

  • Be available to stop by facilities 1-3 hours a few days per week to help employees resolve day to day issues.

  • Learning company software systems for employee management.

  • Be a positive presence for customer representatives regarding issues on site.

  • Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements:

  • Availability on Mondays.

  • Flexible availability to be on site in Phoenix at least a few hours per week.

  • Maintains reliable transportation for flexible scheduling and varied work locations.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Preferred Spanish fluency.
