About the Role
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong, reliable processes and teams. As Warehouse Lead, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all workflows.
What You’ll Do
You will collaborate closely with pharmacy operations, shipping, and leadership teams to maintain high-quality standards and support the growth of our mail-order pharmacy operations.
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and engagement.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, reconciliations, and system controls.
Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Implement and continuously improve warehouse workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure compliance with Health Canada requirements, and internal quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Collaborate with pharmacy operations, shipping, and leadership teams to support business needs.
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
Manage vendor relationships related to warehousing, shipping, and supplies.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
3–5 years of warehouse or distribution management experience (healthcare or pharmacy experience strongly preferred).
Proven experience leading teams in a high-volume, regulated environment.
Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse technology.
Experience with controlled substances, cold chain handling, or healthcare compliance is an asset.
