About the Role
We’re looking for a visionary VP of Sales & Partnerships to own and scale Suite’s revenue engine - driving growth through both executional excellence and bold strategic leadership. You’ll lead our growing sales and partnerships organization, expand our ecosystem, and shape how Suite goes to market.
As part of the leadership team, you’ll work directly with the CEO to turn company vision into market traction, shaping the strategy, systems, and teams that power Suite’s next phase of growth.
This is a role for a first principles operator who constantly balances strategy with execution.
Your Day-to-Day
As our VP of Sales & Partnerships, you’ll build the structure, rhythm, and momentum behind Suite’s revenue growth:
Lead and inspire the sales organization, including Business Development Reps, Account Executives, and Partner/Channel teams — setting strategy, structure, and performance standards.
Define and own Suite’s GTM motion by integrating direct, channel, and alliance sales into a unified strategy to maximize reach, conversion, and long-term customer value.
Establish clear operating rhythms for forecasting, pipeline management, and performance accountability across the entire revenue organization.
Build and expand the strategic alliances and channel partnerships team.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align messaging, demand generation, and enablement around a unified customer journey.
Serve as the executive sponsor for key customer and partner relationships — ensuring Suite is positioned as a trusted, strategic collaborator in the creative technology space.
Collaborate with Finance and the executive team to set annual revenue goals, quotas, and incentive programs aligned with company objectives.
Mentor and scale the team, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.
Represent Suite externally at industry events, conferences, and partner summits, acting as a visible ambassador for our brand and ecosystem vision.
Who You Are:
You’re a first principles operator and builder, equally comfortable shaping strategy in the boardroom and rolling up your sleeves in the field.
12+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership within SaaS, with experience leading both direct and partner-driven sales motions.
Deep understanding of creative workflows, post-production, or media infrastructure, and the ecosystem of technologies that support them.
Commercially minded, you measure success by revenue growth, partner activation, and customer impact.
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level internally and externally.
Experienced in building joint business plans, negotiating partner agreements, and operationalizing co-sell or co-marketing programs.
