Full Job Description
🍊Our mission
We're powering biology's century with radically faster, more reliable clinical trials. Every new treatment needs clinical trials to prove safety and efficacy, but today's infrastructure is stuck in the past- driving up cost, causing delays and ultimately meaning new treatments don’t get to patients. We're fundamentally changing that- not just being a "better CRO," but transforming how people think about developing new treatments, so patients can access breakthrough treatments faster.
Our impact speaks for itself: Since March 2021, we've powered 100+ clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients. We recently raised a $55M Series B from Balderton Capital, alongside backing from Creandum, Firstminute, Seedcamp, and Visionaries.
🍊What's it like to work here?
When you join us, you’ll experience:
High-Impact, Mission-Driven Work: Lindus Health is disrupting an outdated industry, giving you the chance to directly improve patients’ lives and see tangible results from your work.
Fast-Paced Growth & Ownership: We recognise hard work and outcomes over anything else. You’ll take on real responsibility, work across different areas, and actively shape the company’s success.
Collaborative, No-Ego Culture: Work with smart, driven people in a supportive and informal environment. At Lindus we break down silos, fun is a core value, and creativity is encouraged.
Ready to power biology's century? We'd love to hear from you.
🍊About the role
We are hiring a VP of Product to own the product strategy and roadmap for Lindus Health, and to build and lead our product management function.
You will report to the CPTO and work in close partnership with the engineering, commercial and clinical operations teams. This is a senior leadership role with real authority: you will own prioritisation, lead discovery, manage the PM team, and be accountable for product outcomes - not just outputs.
Clinical trial software comes with real constraints — regulatory, technical, and operational. We're looking for someone who treats those constraints as a creative challenge, who can spot the high-leverage opportunity within a live, operating product, and who gets as much satisfaction from meaningful iteration as from building something new.
Ideally, this is a hybrid role based in our London headquarters but we consider candidates from anywhere. A relocation package and visa sponsorship is an option if you are not currently in the London area. The whole Product organisation is currently based in the Greater London area with a strong office culture. To effectively manage your team you’ll be expected to have some office presence. After an initial onboarding period full-time at our headquarters (near London Bridge) we expect you to be in the office at least 2 days a week. All of your team regularly gets together in the office.
🍊About you
We’d like to hear from you if…
You have 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing PMs and product designers
You have a track record owning and delivering a product roadmap in a fast-moving environment
You are an excellent communicator and motivator who can engage stakeholders across the business and rally them behind your plans
You are comfortable working closely with engineering and working in an environment where compliance and speed both matter
You have developed a strong intuition for good UX through hands-on product management on user-facing products
You have an unbounded curiosity about the future of human health and the role clinical trials play in it
Bonus: Experience in a regulated industry (health tech, clinical trials, fintech etc.) or prior exposure to clinical trials
Bonus: You use AI tools as part of your product practice - in discovery, synthesis and prioritisation - and you have a track record of thoughtful AI product decisions: knowing when to build with AI, when to wait, and how to evaluate what’s working.
You belong here! If your experience and interests match with some of the above, we want you to apply.
🍊What you’ll focus on
Lead our Product function and guide it through growth from Series B to Series C and beyond

Manage our 5+ person Product organisation comprising of Product Managers and a 3 person design team, supporting their career development, oversee organisational design and recruiting for the growing Product function
🍊 What does success look like for you at the end of 2026
There is cross-company alignment and clarity on product capabilities and direction.
The demonstrated capabilities of Citrus have let us close increasingly bigger deals and deliver trials of increasing complexity, particularly in the phase 2 biotech space.
