Position

Kueski is seeking a talented Visual Designer III to help define and elevate the visual identity of our digital products. You’ll lead design initiatives, mentor designers, and collaborate across teams to deliver visually stunning, user-centered experiences.

This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong visual storytelling skills, a deep understanding of design systems, and a passion for crafting intuitive and impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Execution

  • Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to drive consistency across all products.

User-Centered Design & Research

  • Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design solutions.

  • Ensure all designs balance user needs, brand guidelines, business goals, and accessibility standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product managers, UX designers, and developers to align on goals, strategy, and execution.

  • Present design concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale and business value behind decisions.

Mentorship & Innovation

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers, fostering growth and a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Conduct design reviews and deliver clear, constructive feedback.

  • Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices.

  • Experiment with new design methods and technologies to drive innovation and creativity within the team.

Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar

  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and user-centered design principles

  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles

  • Experience in an agile development environment

  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
