Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure all events are well-organized and prepared.

  • Draft and manage professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements—flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and related logistics.

  • Take meeting notes, summarize discussions, and track action items for follow-up.

  • Oversee projects and initiatives on the executive’s behalf—manage timelines, coordinate resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

  • Conduct research, analyze information, and present clear summaries or insights as needed.

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and spoken English.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Solid experience working with spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).

  • Fully equipped home office setup with a stable internet connection.

  • Prior experience supporting executives remotely is a plus.
