About the Role:
As HavocAI’s Videographer/Photographer, you will own visual storytelling across the company. You’ll capture our technology, our people, and our mission, translating complex AI systems into compelling visual narratives.
This is not just a content role. It’s a brand-defining position. You will shape how the world sees Havoc.
What You’ll Do
Video Production
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (product demos, brand films, recruiting content, social media, event coverage)
Capture footage of AI systems, robotics platforms, field tests, and internal operations
Produce short-form content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels
Lead lighting, audio, framing, and production design for interviews and on-site shoots
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling visuals
Photography
Capture professional photos of products, field deployments, team members, and office culture
Build and maintain a branded visual library
Deliver assets optimized for web, press, social, investor materials, and recruiting
Post-Production & Creative Direction
Edit video in Premiere, Final Cut, Davinci, or similar
Color grade, sound design, and motion graphics (After Effects a plus)
Develop visual concepts aligned with Havoc's brand
Maintain consistent aesthetic across all outputs, complying with brand guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Required
3+ years experience in professional videography/photography
Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling
Proficiency in:
Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop; After Effects a plus)
Professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.)
Lighting and audio setup
Ability to shoot in dynamic environments (labs, field environments, industrial settings)
Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual identity
Comfortable working independently and owning projects end-to-end
Preferred
Experience shooting technology, robotics, aerospace, defense, or hardware startups
Generative AI toolkit
Drone piloting experience
Basic motion graphics / animation skills
Experience working in fast-moving startup environments
