We are growing rapidly and seeking a hands-on Vice President of Sales to lead front-line execution and scale revenue performance. ThinkLP is hiring a hands-on Vice President of Sales to drive revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, strategic vision for growth, and front-line sales excellence. This is not a sit-back leadership role. We are looking for a revenue leader who actively participates in key deals, coaches teams in real time, and ensures every opportunity aligns with a disciplined, value-based sales process. What You’ll Own
Team revenue targets and forecast accuracy Pipeline health and deal progression Executive alignment on strategic accounts Sales process consistency and coaching excellence Development of high-performing AEs and Strategic Account Directors
