🚀 We are Joyteractive - a leading mobile game developer and publisher specializing in the captivating world of puzzle games. Today, our team boasts 60+ rock star professionals, and we're on the lookout for talented individuals to help us dominate the world of puzzles!

🔝 Our leader is Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle - #3 spot among all iOS/Android word games in the US.

We're on the hunt for a skilled User Acquisition Manager with previous successful experience in games.

What are you working on?

  • Genres: Puzzle, Casual

  • Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Operational management of campaigns, funnel calculation, technical setup of campaigns

  • Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (internal services, Google Sheets, etc.)

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • 3+ years in mobile gaming UA

  • Proven D0/D7/D30 ROAS optimization and scaling

  • Experience managing paid traffic profitably

  • Strong understanding of ARPU, Retention, LTV, eCPM, CPI dynamics

  • Hands-on work with: AppLovin, Unity, Google Ads, Meta, Mintegral

  • Experience running and scaling creatives via systematic testing

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with ad-monetized word/puzzle games

  • Long LTV projects (180+ day payback)

  • Soft-launch performance validation

  • Testing and scaling emerging ad networks
