Want to be part of a community that focuses on work-life balance, provides competitive salary and fantastic opportunities?Backroom Offshoring Inc. is a KPO company experiencing strong dynamic growth and we want you to be part of it!Located at One West Aeropark in Clark Pampanga, a world-class building with top facilities, a conducive work environment is guaranteed!Job Responsibilities:CLIENT SERVICE EXCELLENCE AND EXPERTISE Preparation of all required non-profit 990 tax returns, including Form 990, 990-EZ, 990-N and 990-T forms and any related applicable state forms Identifies tax credits and deductions available to non-profit organizations Ensures client work is performed within time, scope, and budget Manages engagement and client expectations, ensures satisfaction, and communicates upward to assigned Supervisor Researches and reviews work papers for various book to tax differences Ability to apply relevant tax law to particular clients and circumstances Demonstrates an understanding of and applies tax planning concepts Strong knowledge of tax codes, regulations, rulings, and case law Review research findings, tax returns, and client tax work papers to ensure conclusions are consistent with firm policies and professional standards Understands and follows all firm policies, AICPA ethics rules, Circular 230, 6694, and other professional standards Additional duties as assignedPRODUCTIVITY &amp; BUSINESS GROWTH Undergraduate degree required; Master s preferred Active CPA License required 1-3 years of tax experience is preferred Comprehensive understanding of tax code/rules and implications Experience preparing returns and researching more complex tax issues Strong interpersonal and analytical skillsWork Setup:Onsite/Hybrid/Work from homeWork Schedule:During training (2 weeks): 9:00 pm to 5:30 am (plus 1 hour OT)Post-training: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (plus 1 hour OT)Benefits< Why Join Us?Benefits:Our benefits package is designed for full-time roles.
