About the Role:

Crusoe is seeking a Travel Manager to oversee and optimize our global travel program as we continue to scale. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our travel platform, ensuring policy compliance, managing travel vendor relationships, and supporting employees with a seamless and cost-effective travel experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong operator who can balance service orientation with policy enforcement, data tracking, and process improvement while balancing employee experience and business needs.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Administer and manage Crusoe’s corporate travel platform, including system configuration, user support, approval workflows, and reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company travel policies by monitoring, addressing, and providing clear guidance of out-of-policy activity.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related questions, escalations, and urgent travel needs.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People, and Security to align travel practices with budget controls and duty-of-care standards.

  • Manage relationships with travel vendors relationships and key vendors to ensure smooth operations and competitive pricing.

  • Track and report on travel spend, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to drive cost efficiency and compliance.

  • Establish and track key travel program metrics (policy compliance, savings, adoption rates) and provide regular reporting to leadership.

  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability as the company grows.

  • Maintain clear documentation, FAQs, and employee communications related to travel policies and processes.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years of experience managing or administering a corporate travel program

  • Direct experience working within a corporate travel platform (e.g., Navan, Concur, TravelPerk, etc.)

  • Experience enforcing travel policies and confidently addressing out-of-policy bookings

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing high-volume bookings and reporting

  • Comfort operating independently while escalating appropriately to leadership

  • Data-oriented mindset with experience tracking spend and identifying savings opportunities

  • Clear, professional communication skills and a customer-service approach balanced with policy accountability

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $104,000 -$126,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
