Full Job Description

Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.

About the Role

We are looking for a gritty, fast-moving Training Enablement Manager to join our rapidly growing Customer Training department. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of onboarding, learning design, and change management.

In this role, you won't be expected to manually build every piece of training content from scratch. Instead, your superpower will be combining existing training resources from cross functional partners and turning them into actionable and clear outputs for our training teams. You will focus your energy on driving strategic prioritization, enhancing our core processes, developing project plans for new initiatives, and driving high quality onboarding and enablement sessions.

This role will have a global scope, serving as the primary onboarding partner for our US team, while supporting our growing international teams. We need a true "doer" who thrives when juggling multiple complex priorities, actively maps out the required end product to work backward, and executes with high agility in a fast-paced startup environment.

While this role will have impact across teams at Dandy, this position will not have direct reports.

This role will be expected to work US based hours.

What You'll Do

  • Execute Roadmaps: Autonomously manage multiple parallel roadmaps, balancing strategic speed with tight daily execution.

  • Optimize Operations: Build and manage enablement systems, content repositories, and reporting to ensure trainer consistency. Track impact to ensure adoption.

  • Scale Onboarding & Advancement: Own the onboarding experience for new Trainers, reducing ramp time and ensuring consistent readiness across geographies.

  • Lead Product Change: Translate product updates into communications that drive customer adoption and early order behavior.

  • Manage System Changes: Turn tool and internal process updates into structured learning for seamless day-to-day workflow adoption.

  • Uphold High Quality: Apply enablement best practices to ensure a high-quality Trainer experience while maintaining an exceptional bar for operational outcomes.

  • Drive Efficient Training Development: Build scalable coaching and development systems that equip frontline leaders to consistently coach, certify, and develop Trainers at every stage of their career.

What We're Looking For:

  • Execution & Agility Focus: 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, adult learning, sales enablement, or a fast-paced operational field. We highly value nimble, non-traditional backgrounds (e.g., operations, consulting, startup).

  • Strategic Alignment: Demonstrated ability to set and drive enablement prioritization in partnership with senior leadership.

  • Process-First Mindset: A proven track record of looking at messy, cross-functional inputs, mapping out the optimal workflow, and working backward to build a highly structured strategy.

  • Extreme Autonomy: A true "go-getter" mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward without needing constant hand-holding.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Experience managing change through influence across diverse, cross-functional, and cross-regional stakeholder groups to effectively source resources.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience understanding operational infrastructure and how to best support scaling teams

  • Previous experience curating a learning management system, company intranet, or resource library.

  • Experience in the dental industry

  • Experience enabling teams across both US and international markets, with a strong understanding of how to adapt programs for different geographies, cultures, and time zones.

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI technologies to optimize, automate, and dramatically accelerate day-to-day output and content synthesis.
