Role Overview:
A leading US digital media marketing agency is seeking a TikTok Brand Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of TikTok-focused content strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for short-form video, influencer coordination, and brand storytelling, who knows how to guide creators and strategists toward measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead TikTok brand strategy, defining objectives, voice, themes, and content direction.
Coordinate creators and influencers to ensure timely and aligned content delivery.
Conduct audits and analyze KPIs, trends, and competitive performance.
Present strategies to clients, review drafts, and ensure brand alignment.
Develop and maintain TikTok brand playbooks per client.
Monitor performance and optimize strategies based on metrics and feedback.
Track deliverables and timelines using ClickUp, Slack, and Google Suite.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a Marketing Strategist role for digital marketing agency. (MANDATORY).
Strong knowledge of TikTok content, trends, and platform best practices. (REQUIRED)
+2 years Paid Media Experience. (REQUIRED).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with creative teams, freelancers, or influencers.
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
Advanced English.
Preferred: experience with eCommerce/DTC brands and video editing tools (CapCut, TikTok Editor).
About the Position:
