Who You Are
8+ years in technical leadership roles (e.g. Engineering Director, VP Eng, CTO, Head of Engineering)
Experience scaling systems and teams in high-growth startup or enterprise environments
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and architecting order from complexity
Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just great products, but great teams
Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others
Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development
