About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Web Applications Architect / Team Lead to design, develop, and oversee scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. This role blends hands-on technical architecture with leadership responsibilities, guiding teams working with Java, Python, Angular, and React. You will drive architectural decisions, ensure best practices, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Who You Are:
A seasoned technologist with 8+ years of software development experience and 3+ years in a technical leadership or architect role.
Expert in Java (Spring/Spring Boot) and Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
Skilled in Angular and React for front-end development.
Experienced in microservices architecture, API-driven systems, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledgeable in security best practices and performance optimization.
A strong leader with proven experience mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and fostering collaboration.
Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
What You’ll Do
Architect & Design: Define end-to-end web application architecture, including front-end, back-end, and integrations. Make technology decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Lead Development: Oversee development of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Python and guide front-end teams working with Angular and React.
Ensure Quality: Establish coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices. Review system designs and code for consistency and quality.
Integrate & Deploy: Design APIs (REST/GraphQL), manage data modeling, and collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and monitoring.
Mentor & Collaborate: Lead and support development teams, conduct technical training, and work closely with product owners, UX designers, QA, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
