About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, business‑critical systems in regulated FinTech or LegalTech environments. This role goes beyond analytics or reporting platforms—you will own the execution of ERP or SaaS business systems that power financial, legal, and compliance-driven transactional workflows.
You will be responsible for driving cross-system process transformations, managing risk in regulated environments, and ensuring successful delivery across tightly integrated platforms.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end delivery of ERP or SaaS business systems supporting financial, legal, billing, or compliance workflows
Lead cross-system, enterprise-grade transformations involving multiple integrated platforms
Manage project planning, execution, dependencies, and risk for business-critical initiatives
Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, compliance, and operations stakeholders to align technical delivery with business outcomes
Drive requirements definition, system integration planning, and implementation oversight
Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements throughout delivery
Identify and mitigate risks in high-impact, high-complexity transactional systems
Communicate clearly and proactively with executive stakeholders on progress, risks, and delivery timelines
Support post-implementation stabilization and operational handoff
Who You Are
7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Program Manager
Strong hands-on ownership of ERP or SaaS business systems (not analytics-only platforms)
Direct experience with payments, billing, finance, legal operations, or compliance systems
Proven track record delivering cross-system, regulated, business-critical transformations
Experience managing integrated, transactional platforms in complex environments
Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable operating in high-risk, compliance-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems supporting Finance, Legal, or Compliance functions
Ownership of SaaS platforms in regulated domains
Background in FinTech or LegalTech organizations
Experience delivering systems subject to audits, regulatory oversight, or strict controls
