Technology and Innovation - RPA & Intelligent Automation Lead Consultant

We are seeking an RPA & Intelligent Automation Lead Consultant to lead enterprise automation initiatives that combine RPA, AI, and advanced analytics. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, and AI capabilities to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Who You Are:

• Identify, assess, and prioritize RPA and AI-driven automation opportunities with business stakeholders.

• Define and maintain the enterprise automation roadmap aligned with business strategy and ROI.

• Lead process discovery, feasibility analysis, and solution design (PDDs, SDDs).

• Oversee development, testing, deployment, and support of RPA bots and AI-enabled automations.

• Incorporate AI capabilities such as IDP/OCR, NLP, ML, and GenAI where appropriate.

• Establish and enforce automation standards, governance, security, and best practices.

• Lead and mentor automation teams; conduct design and code reviews.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business, IT, and leadership, communicating progress and value.

What You’ll Do:

• Advanced expertise in Automation Anywhere (A360) and Microsoft Power Automate.

• Strong understanding of Intelligent Automation / AI integration concepts.

• Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages.

• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery experience.

• Strong process optimization and value realization mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

• 7–10 years of RPA/automation experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

• Automation Anywhere and/or Power Automate certifications preferred.

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale intelligent automation programs.
