About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Engineer to support our data-driven initiatives by designing, building, and optimizing reliable data pipelines. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, analytics, and product teams to ensure high-quality, well-structured, and performant data systems. Your primary focus will be on SQL-based data transformation, database operations, and maintaining data consistency across platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and synchronize data across multiple systems

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and transformation logic following best ETL practices

• Build and maintain data models that support analytics and operational use cases

• Monitor data quality, integrity, and consistency, proactively identifying and resolving issues

• Support database operations, including performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions

• Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide ongoing support for data workflows

Who You Are

• Strong working knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL

• Hands-on experience with data modeling concepts and common ETL patterns

• Highly proficient in SQL, with proven experience optimizing queries for performance and scalability

• Comfortable working with large datasets and complex data transformations

• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and reliability

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Passionate about building clean, maintainable, and efficient data
