Technology and Innovation - Associate Consultant – HighRadius Technical Implementation (Order to Cash)
Riveron is looking for an Associate Consultant to support the implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications and help deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Who You Are
You are an enthusiastic professional with 0–3 years of experience in implementation, functional analysis, or SaaS-related roles. You have a foundational understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, and Payment Portal, and you are eager to learn and grow into techno-functional or functional consulting roles. You possess strong analytical and communication skills and thrive in collaborative environments.
Your strengths include:
Basic knowledge of O2C processes and business requirement mapping.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
Preferred: Certifications in HighRadius modules (Cash Application, Collections, EIPP).
Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM.
What You’ll Do
As an Associate Consultant at Riveron, you will:
Assist in end-to-end implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications across all project phases: Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
Support requirement gathering, documentation, and mapping of business processes.
Perform hands-on configuration of functional components as per client requirements.
Collaborate with senior consultants, product teams, technical teams, and QA for smooth project execution.
Conduct testing, validate configurations, and assist in issue tracking and resolution.
Prepare training materials and support client onboarding and user training activities.
Maintain implementation documentation, issue logs, and status reports.
Understand client business functions and communicate insights to internal teams.
Contribute to enhancement of methodologies and tools for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Functional Knowledge: Basic understanding of O2C cycle (Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, Payment Portal).
Technical Skills: Foundational SaaS configuration knowledge.
Analytical Skills: Requirement gathering, process mapping, problem-solving.
Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and articulate insights clearly.
Tools & Platforms: HighRadius Receivables Cloud (preferred), ERP systems.
Certifications (Preferred): HighRadius Cash Application, Collections, EIPP modules.
