You’ll launch and optimize listings, partner with Channel Managers, streamline workflows, and keep our item pipeline running smoothly. If you're detail-driven, Excel-savvy, great with data and communication, and excited to grow in e-commerce, this role is for you—experience with listing creation or marketplace tools is a bonus!\nHow you will achieve success:  Supporting items going live by determining assortment eligibility, building proposals and following-up with Channels throughout the item-launch process. Drive continuous optimization of item liveliness by tracking statuses of approved and live items on DSV Channels. Partners with Channel Managers to understand and support channel-specific requirements, aspirations, and restrictions. Finds solutions to increase productivity and improve workflow to eliminate backlog and stay up to date with incoming items. Supports New Channel launches through categorizing, enriching, and uploading item needs. Update standardized daily/weekly/monthly reports What experiences will help you  in this role:  Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Customer Service, Project Management, Account Management, Agency, or similar experience with proven track record of good decision making. Comfortable with organizing data and operating within marketplace portals. Ability to learn new programs/software and willingness to build new skills. Excellent communication, English language, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Good time management, and ability to adapt to changes.  Preferred: 2-3 years in relevant industry. Experience with listing creation, upload, and troubleshooting.\nThis is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup Desktop/Laptop system requirements: - 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor; - at least 4GB RAM; - Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system  - You are required to provide your own dual monitorsA strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)PC HeadsetA high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.Please be aware of scammers. Spreetail will only contact you through Lever or the spreetail.com domain.
