The opportunity
Are you a sales professional who thrives on closing your own deals but also finds purpose in supporting and mentoring others? We’re looking for a Team-Lead Sales (Oost Vlanderen) who’s ready to take ownership of their targets while playing a key role in guiding the success of our team across the region.
What you will be doing
Own and drive your sales pipeline: You’ll be fully responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and closing your own deals, from first contact to signature
Hit and exceed your individual targets: Your personal performance will be a key contributor to the region’s overall success
Support and mentor team members: While you lead by example through your own results, you’ll also be a go-to resource for your colleagues - offering support, sharing best practices, and helping them grow
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure your clients’ needs are met and exceeded
Represent the region: Be the voice of your market, sharing insights, feedback, and opportunities with the wider business
What you need to have
A proven track record of closing sales independently, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
Experience mentoring or coaching other team members, formally or informally
Strong commercial instincts and a strategic mindset—you know when to push, when to support, and how to balance both
An entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in Flammish - English
