Talent Sourcer Intern

Flyer One Ventures is a seed-stage venture capital firm that invests in European startups.We ve already invested in 87 startups and deployed nearly $43M within six years.We focus on software-first products that use the power of tech to boost productivity. We primarily invest at seed and occasionally at pre-seed, focusing on second-time founders. Our average check is $500k, but we can go as low as $200k and as high as $2M with follow-ons.Our team helps founders with growth, recruiting, PR, business development, and investment relations.Now we re looking for a Talent Sourcer Intern who will learn how to find top talent for early-stage startups.What you will doLearn how to build and manage candidate pipelines for various roles;Support sourcing for tech and non-tech positions (Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, etc.);Use LinkedIn and other platforms to search for candidates;Help craft outreach messages and engage with potential candidates;Maintain data accuracy in our CRM and prepare shortlists.About youYou re curious about recruitment and startups;You enjoy researching, analyzing, and finding the right people;You have a strong attention to detail and good communication skills;You speak English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;Basic knowledge of LinkedIn search or other sourcing tools will be a plus.What we offerPractical sourcing experience with real startup hiring cases;Mentorship and feedback from experienced Sourcing Lead;Opportunity to learn how to work with hiring managers and founders;Flexible schedule and possibility to work remotely or from our Kyiv office;Potential to join the team full-time after the internship.
