As a Talent Operations Associate on OneImaging's Talent Team, you will have the opportunity to make an enormous impact at a fast-growing, mission-driven startup. This role will be responsible for driving forward the most important key to our success: the talent. We're looking for someone who's highly detail-oriented, operates with urgency, loves working with people, and is passionate about process.

What you'll do:

  • Own full cycle recruiting for OneImaging's high volume care navigation and support functions
  • Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies
  • Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment
  • Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain timely communication
