Full Job Description

YOUR MISSION

Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a motivated Working Student to join our growing Berlin team. You’ll play an active role in helping us attract and hire great people for Eye Security while learning the foundations of recruitment and employer branding in a growing scale-up environment.

As a Working Student, you’ll be exposed to topics both in Recruitment and Employer Branding and will work in activities such as sourcing, candidate experience and coordination, as well as support in process optimization, reporting and several other exciting TA projects. This will give you the chance to improve your project, time management and stakeholder management skills, while having an end-to-end understanding of the Talent Acquisition function.

YOUR ROLE

  • You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers, to understand business requirements and support executing strategic sourcing for various roles.

  • You will accompany your candidates through our recruiting process with a focus on a first-class candidate journey

  • You will be challenged to think outside the TA box and get involved in other projects in the recruiting area, such as performance marketing, recruiting analytics and process improvement.

  • You will partner with Talent Acquisition Recruiters to understand the team’s pain points and efficiency, build performance reports, challenge internal processes and put your creative side to work

  • As you progress in this role, you will take full ownership of recruiting for working-student and junior roles.

  • Employer branding – help with content calendar, monitor Glassdoor and Kununu platforms, job board, etc.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are fluent in German and English language (written and spoken)

  • You are currently studying Economics, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields

  • You are curious about Recruitment and Technology and are interested in growing a career in Talent Acquisition.

  • You’re organized, reliable, and detail-oriented and enjoy keeping things on track and getting them done.

  • You enjoy a high degree of autonomy and ownership and would like to join a dynamic environment.

  • You enjoy using tools and data to support your work and are comfortable preparing presentations and building reports. Big plus if you know your way around Excel.

  • You bring a positive, hands-on attitude and enjoy collaborating with others in a fast-moving environment.
