About the Role Were looking for a driven, high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. You'll play a key role in building our global workforce sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across operations, customer success, sales, and support roles. Apply directly here: https://operationsarmy.com/application What Youll Do Own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles (operations, entry-level, offshore, and support).Source top talent through creative channels LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, and direct outreach.Build and manage candidate pipelines with clear metrics and predictable hiring velocity.Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and prioritize hiring needs.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience communicate promptly, clearly, and professionally.Use data and tools (Airtable, Google Sheets, ATS systems like Manatal or Workable) to track performance and hiring metrics.Continuously optimize the recruiting process for efficiency and scalability.Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Client Success to support account growth and staffing demands.
