Job Summary
This role is critical in ensuring the security, scalability, and seamless operation of our digital workplace infrastructure. You will act as a key architect for our identity management and Apple ecosystem, supporting a fast-paced media environment by automating workflows and managing mission-critical IT projects.
Responsibilities
Identity & Access Management: Own and optimize OIDC, SAML, and OAuth configurations within Okta to ensure secure, seamless employee access.
Fleet Management: Manage and maintain a global fleet of Apple devices using Jamf, ensuring all hardware is secure and up-to-date.
Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts (Python, Bash, etc.) to automate repetitive IT tasks, deployments, and system integrations.
Project Leadership: Lead IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion, including documentation and cross-functional task delegation.
Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards for ticket hygiene and technical documentation while supporting system design and architecture.
Infrastructure Support: Assist with cloud migrations (ESX to Cloud) and support Google Workspace and network routing (OSI model) troubleshooting.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
Experience: 4–6 years in Senior IT, Sysadmin, or Systems Engineering roles within a professional environment.
Technical Stack: Expert-level knowledge of Okta and Jamf is mandatory.
Security Protocols: Deep understanding of identity protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAuth) and IT end-user device security.
Scripting: Proficiency in at least one scripting language for system automation.
Project Management: Proven ability to lead solo technical projects and manage a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Communication: Exceptional English skills; ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, documentation-heavy environment.
Modern Tools: Familiarity with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and LLM usage for productivity.
