About This Role:
Join Crusoe and play a crucial role in our manufacturing process as a Welder. You'll use your expertise in MIG and TIG welding to fabricate and assemble metal components for our innovative digital infrastructure solutions. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and efficiency of our operations. What You’ll Be Working On:
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand blueprints or product specifications to accurately plan welding projects.
Welding Execution: MIG and TIG weld steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components according to specifications.
Assembly and Fabrication: Accurately lay out parts, assemble, and make precise welds based on project requirements.
Quality Assurance: Perform personal inspections and coordinate formal quality inspections to ensure zero defects and adherence to specifications.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed safely and meets established quality standards.
Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly caring for all equipment and facilities.
Documentation and Inspection: Check finished work against blueprint tolerances and document results.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Material Handling: Lift raw materials, final products, and other items manually (up to 60 pounds).
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Welding Experience: 2+ years of working experience as a Welder.
Welding Proficiency: Strong knowledge of various welding processes, with preferred skills in Spot, MIG, and TIG welding.
Equipment Familiarity: Knowledge of working with welding tools and equipment.
Material Expertise: Familiarity with stainless and mild steel.
Fabrication Skills: Capability to work with tube or channel to fabricate trailers.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull merchandise up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily.
Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented.
Teamwork: Must be a team player, willing to take on additional roles as needed.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Bonus Points:
Any welding certifications.
Experience with specific welding techniques beyond MIG and TIG.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment related to trailer fabrication.
Experience working with specific types of welding equipment.

Compensation:
Compensation will be in the range of $20-$30/hr + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
