Full Job Description

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

EMAIL, AUDIENCE & ENABLEMENT LEAD

The Email, Audience & Enablement Lead is a senior individual contributor on the North America Campaign Operations team, reporting to the Head of AMS Campaign Ops. This role is responsible for transforming how the team operates — owning email operations excellence, audience segmentation, and the adoption of AI and automation tools that make campaign execution faster, smarter, and more impactful.

This person will build the AI-driven frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies that elevate our campaign ops specialists from executors to audience strategists. They thrive at the intersection of email operations, audience intelligence, and team enablement — and serve as the engine for continuous improvement across the function.

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

  • Have 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or demand generation in B2B enterprise environments

  • Are AI-forward, with hands-on experience evaluating, piloting, and integrating AI tools into marketing workflows (e.g., content generation, send-time optimization, intelligent automation)

  • Have deep expertise in email operations — deliverability strategy, frequency governance, engagement-based suppression, and email calendar management at scale

  • Have built audience segmentation frameworks that others successfully adopt and use independently

  • Possess a builder mindset — you design systems for scale, not just execute tasks

  • Have a track record of designing A/B testing programs and translating performance data into actionable insights

  • Can coach and develop team members on craft (email, audience strategy, testing methodology) without being a people manager

  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and can define your own roadmap and prioritize independently

  • Have experience with change management — rolling out new tools, processes, and ways of working to cross-functional teams

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Email Operations Excellence

  • Build and own ai-assisted email calendar governance — centralized visibility, conflict detection, frequency management, and prioritization rules across stakeholders

  • Design and enforce engagement-based suppression logic to protect deliverability

  • Build the A/B testing framework and manage the experimentation backlog (subject lines, send times, audience cuts, content variants)

  • Define operational workflows for email creation tools — how templates are requested, built, approved, and deployed agentically

  • Partner with Marketo Admin on deliverability initiatives (IP warming segments, domain reputation monitoring, bounce management)

  • Own email performance analysis — identifying patterns by audience that inform strategy

Audience Strategy & Enablement

  • Design and maintain audience segmentation frameworks that define how each Campaign Ops Specialist targets, engages, and measures their assigned audiences

  • Build "Campaign Ops Kits" per audience — consolidating targeting logic, suppression rules, stakeholder maps, database health indicators, and performance benchmarks into actionable playbooks

  • Operationalize audience tools (Hightouch) into repeatable workflows that Campaign Ops Specialists can self-serve

  • Partner with Funnel Ops and GTM Engineering on database health visibility per segment

AI & Process Transformation

  • Evaluate, pilot, and integrate AI tools into campaign ops workflows — content personalization, audience modeling, QA automation, workflow orchestration

  • Build and maintain an automation roadmap for campaign ops, identifying high-impact opportunities to replace manual processes

  • Define success metrics for tool adoption (time savings, quality improvements, error reduction)

  • Build adoption plans that bring the team along — ensuring tools are used, not just introduced

Team Enablement

  • Enable email best practices, audience targeting, and testing methodology

  • Write SOPs and documentation that reduce escalations and build team self-sufficiency

  • Deliver quarterly Campaign Ops Performance Briefs that connect execution to pipeline influence

  • Translate campaign operation’s team’s vision into operational reality the team can execute

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expert-level proficiency with Marketo (or equivalent MAP) — building programs, automations, and audience segmentation

  • Experience with Hightouch, Segment, or equivalent reverse ETL / audience activation tools

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Wrike, and webinar/event platforms

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools

  • Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tooling to marketing operations

  • Experience at a high-growth enterprise tech company with distributed stakeholders

  • Background in email deliverability management (IP warming, domain reputation, compliance)
