What You’ll Own

  • Act as the specialized source for the TA team, dedicating the majority of your time to proactively search for and identify passive candidates across diverse skill sets.

  • Master and leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to execute complex, targeted searches based on precise requirements provided by Recruitment Leads.

  • Build and maintain continuous, high-quality talent pipelines, ensuring a steady stream of pre-qualified candidates is available for leads to present to hiring managers.

  • Craft and execute compelling initial outreach strategies to engage potential candidates, effectively representing our company culture and employer brand.

  • Conduct deep-dive market research to map competitor organizations, understand talent distribution, and provide valuable market intelligence to inform our sourcing strategy.

  • Ensure all sourcing activities and candidate data are accurately logged and maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Additional duties to support the functioning of the Talent Acquisition team as required

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of professional experience, with demonstrated time spent in a Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, or related research role.

  • Proven, hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools for effective passive candidate identification and engagement.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail, critical for managing multiple sourcing projects and coordination tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent ability to communicate professionally and persuasively with potential candidates and collaborate effectively with internal Recruitment Leads.

  • Eagerness to support a variety of roles and functions within the organization and adapt to evolving hiring priorities.
