Helius is a leading developer platform on the Solana blockchain, dedicated to inspiring and accelerating the creation of crypto-powered software. Customers like Coinbase, Jupiter, and Phantom use Helius to power their applications on Solana.

About the Role
We're hiring a Solutions Engineer who loves solving hard problems, talking directly to developers, and building real tools that make their lives easier. You’ll be the first line of technical support for teams building on Solana while also shipping code, demos, docs, and automation that level up the entire developer experience.
This is a hybrid role: part technical support, part solutions engineering, and part internal engineering partner. You’ll help customers unblock issues in real time, spot patterns in what they need, and turn those insights into better products.

What You'll Do
Serve as the technical front door for developers using Helius APIs and streaming products
Troubleshoot issues, reproduce bugs, and work with engineering to get fixes shipped
Build code samples, demos, and SDKs that help customers integrate faster
Rewrite and expand documentation, tutorials, and guides based on real-world questions
Automate support workflows using internal tooling, scripts and AI-assisted systems
Collaborate with engineering on feature requests, bug reports, and customer-driven improvements
Live in Discord and Telegram to support developers, gather feedback, and spot new patterns
Partner with enterprise and ecosystem teams to design integrations and optimize performance
Prototype new experimental features alongside engineers and product owners based on customer feedback
What You'll Bring
1-2 years of experience in a technical role (support, engineering, solutions or devrel)
Excitement for the Solana ecosystem, distributed systems, and internet capital markets
Comfort reading and writing code (TypeScript & Rust preferred)
Deep curiosity, bias for action, and ownership
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when breaking down complex technical ideas
Passion for helping developers and improving developer experience
Nice to Have
Experience with APIs, SDK design, or open-source contributions
Prior startup experience or work in a small, fast-moving team
