About the Role
We’re hiring a Solution Consultant who will own the pre-sales customer journey. In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales and evaluation cycles - partnering with GTM during solution evaluation, leading solutioning / POC / pilot conversations, and acting as a trusted technical advisor. You’ll blend technical acumen, process design, storytelling, and execution to help enterprise customers visualize what’s possible with Levelpath.
You’ll conduct deep discovery to uncover goals, craft tailored solution strategies, lead custom demos and workshops, and configure the platform to meet customer needs. This is a full-time position that will be based out of our San Francisco Headquarters.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the technical lead during sales cycles, partnering with Account Executives to build alignment and deal momentum
Conduct discovery with stakeholders to understand customer goals, pain points, and success criteria
Design and deliver tailored demos and walkthroughs that map business processes to Levelpath capabilities
Own enterprise POC and pilots including configuration from kickoff to successful completion, including success criteria, workflow design, roles, and data flows
Partner with engineering to facilitate integrations and technical enablement
Deliver sessions to audiences including Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT
Act as an extension of the customer’s team, managing expectations and aligning across stakeholders
Lead RFPs, RFIs, and security reviews including addressing technical objections
Represent the voice of the customer internally, delivering feedback to influence the roadmap and improve product
Help scale repeatable processes, assets, and documentation
What You Bring
4+ years focused in pre-sales solution consulting with B2B SaaS applications
Proven track record of partnering with GTM in large enterprise and multi-stakeholder environments
Demonstrated project and stakeholder management experience
Strong discovery, storytelling, and communication skills - able to simplify complex topics for varied audiences including in demos
A consultative, proactive mindset with a bias toward customer outcomes and continuous improvement
Comfortability working cross-functionally and flexibly in a high-growth, fast-paced setting
While not required, it’s an added plus if you have:
Experience in the procurement space, with familiarity in sourcing, vendor management, or procurement operations
Experience leading enterprise POC or pilots
Experience at an early stage startup

The estimated annual base salary for this role is $150,000- $200,000.
