What you’ll do:
Define and document system architecture for critical services.
Evaluate tools and technologies to meet scaling needs.
Create blueprints and diagrams that bring clarity to complex systems.
Provide technical leadership across product and engineering.
What you bring:
5+ years of solutions architecture experience.
Proven record of designing scalable, long-standing systems.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience with serverless frameworks.
Communication skills to make complex ideas clear.
A focus on trust, simplicity, and long-term stability in execution.
High standards of judgment and accountability — always striving to “deserve” the confidence placed in the platform.
What you’ll do:
Lead a team of 4–6 engineers across the full stack (React, Node.js, Express, Postgres).
Drive architecture and implementation decisions for our core platform.
Partner with product and design to deliver user experiences that are fast, intuitive, and reliable.
Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, and performance.
Manage and evolve our AWS infrastructure (ECS, Lambda, S3, and related services).
Coach and mentor engineers, helping them grow in both technical depth and ownership.
Collaborate with leadership to align technical priorities with business goals.
