• Are fluent in Lithuanian and English
• Have experience in payroll, or are excited to learn and develop with the support of a strong team
• Have a background or studying finance, economics, business, or a related field

• Are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow
• Systemic, analytical, able to precisely formulate tasks and expected outcomes
