We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to lead our ETH MEV team, in designing and deploying high-performance systems that interact with the Ethereum network. ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of blockchain core experts focusing on MEV services/mempool transactions for ETHOversee the development and maintenance of MEV bots, searchers, and relayers interacting with EthereumSet engineering priorities and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of projects from research to productionDevelop and implement strategies to optimize performanceProvide insight on best practices working with validators and traders in regards to ETHCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support blockchain best solutionsWork on special data analysis projects, as neededRequirements2+ years experience in managing an Engineering teamAt least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems3+ years experience in Blockchain2+ years experience in Blockchain MEVExperience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBSExpertise using Go languageStrong communication and problem solving skillsCreative, independent, can do attitude, take ownership of overall responsibilities and a great team playerAbility to read, modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm, ...)
