About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Software Development Project Manager who combines strong technical knowledge with proven project leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development or systems engineering and at least two years of Agile project management experience. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full software development lifecycle from planning and execution through delivery while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Active Secret clearance or higher required.Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).Collaborate with software developers, systems engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and ensure alignment with technical objectives.Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.Manage stakeholder communications, project reporting, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and manage priorities within multiple, concurrent development projects.Support continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery processes, tools, and team collaboration.Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
